At Dexovaris S.A.S. (Tax ID 30-71789456-3), with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Buenos Aires, Argentina, we value your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data in accordance with Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection.
1. Data we collect
We collect identifying data (first name, last name, email, phone number), financial data required to operate as an investor in real estate projects, browsing data through cookies and identity verification data required by KYC/AML regulations in force in Argentina.
2. Purpose of processing
We process your data to manage your account, offer you real estate crowdlending opportunities, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, communicate project openings and improve our services.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent, on the performance of the contract that binds us and on the fulfillment of legal obligations (Law 25.326, CNV Resolution 974/2026 and Financial Information Unit rules).
4. Sharing data
We share your data with the developers of the projects in which you invest, with technology service providers (hosting, anti-fraud, payments) and with regulatory authorities when legally required. We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Retention period
We keep your data while you have an active account and for up to ten (10) years after the relationship ends, in line with accounting, tax and anti-money-laundering obligations.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of your personal data by writing to privacy@dexovaris.com. You can also file complaints before the Argentine Public Information Access Agency.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), access controls, periodic audits and separation of production and development environments.
